Carus recently welcomed two new members to the Quarter Century Club – a special honor for employees who have achieved 25 years of service. The annual Quarter Century Club dinner honored Ken Theisinger and Kelly Frasco, who join 23 current Carus employees and an additional 42 retirees who hold this designation.
The 2022 Quarter Century Club dinner was held at the Lone Buffalo in Ottawa and featured dinner, drinks, and an induction ceremony. The evening was filled with great conversation and plenty of opportunities for Carus employees to reminisce and share some of their favorite memories about Carus history and the two guests of honor.
The Quarter Century Club was founded over 25 years ago to honor our most tenured employees. Every year, we get together to celebrate the legacy of these individuals and their lasting contributions to Carus.
Chairman Inga Carus was in attendance, as well as President & CEO Andy Johnston, and the entire Carus Leadership Team, along with over 40 guests spanning several decades of Carus history. The combined tenure of the Quarter Century Club is over 2,400 years of service at Carus!
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median tenure for American workers is 4.1 years. In an era of job-hopping, Carus is proud to celebrate long-term, committed employees like Ken, Kelly, and the rest of the Quarter Century Club members. We are honored that so many amazing people have decided to make a lifelong career at Carus.
A career at Carus is full of possibility. Employees benefit from the opportunity to explore a greater purpose, to live and work in a great location, to explore different career paths, to have the peace of mind that comes with a stable and successful company, all while having fun every single day.
