Product Description
The CARUS™ 4000 water treatment chemical series is formulated to provide effective corrosion control across a variety of water qualities. These orthophosphate products create an anodic film on distribution system metals, including unlined cast iron, copper, and lead pipes, by adhering to metal surfaces and preventing metal release into the water. This film formation helps eliminate red water complaints and ensures compliance with the EPA Lead and Copper Rule. Application of CARUS™ 4000 products can be easily achieved using chemical metering pumps.
